Abu Dhabi’s premier winter pop-up festival demanded a production partner capable of transforming an open public space into a fully immersive, Tokyo-inspired cultural experience — one that could accommodate a high volume of vendors, diverse entertainment programming, and thousands of visitors across multiple days, all while meeting the standards of one of the capital’s most anticipated seasonal events.

Dubai
Dubai Municipality required a supplier capable of designing, fabricating, and installing large-scale Ramadan décor across multiple public parks simultaneously — work that demanded cultural sensitivity, logistical coordination, and delivery to government-grade standards within a fixed seasonal window.
Xcraft successfully installed 58 bespoke decorative elements across six Dubai Municipality parks, creating an immersive and culturally resonant atmosphere that aligned with the citywide Season of Wulfa programme throughout Ramadan.
